The interview process was more in depth than other companies I've worked with. While it was more of a time commitment, ultimately, it made me feel very confident that I was the right fit for Textline and vice versa. First there is a phone screen, then a project including a personal pitch deck and an exercise to determine sales acumen. Lastly there is a video interview and a disco/demo of the platform.

Step 1. Phone Interview, spoke with the recruiter about my interest in the role Step 2. Zoom Interview (no video) with COO, spoke about why I was interested in the position, and he told me more about the company Step 3. Asked to complete 2 assignments (1 powerpoint about me & 1 about a fictional client) Step 4. Presented assignment (a mock call) to the team; interviewed separately with the Sales Manager, CEO, Customer Service Rep, and Recruiter
