Fairly normal process - met with current executive assistant and another assistant. Asked questions about previous experience, did typing test and spreadsheet test. Was called back to meet with Director.

I got an email with a questionnaire to fill out. After submitting it, they reached out for a 45-minute interview. At the end of the interview, they gave me an excel practice test to submit back.
