Interviewed for a staff position in a specific school in the Arts and Sciences college. There was an initial phone interview and then was told there would be a one on one interview. I came in for the one on one interview and was greeted by a panel of two professors, and four senior staff members to evaluate me. I found this situation unprofessional since I was put in it without warning. Each person had two questions and some of them seemed made up on the spot or conflicting, or were questions that had already been answered by another question. All in all a hectic and messy process, but I was offered the job.
