1st round interview was a group interview with about 8 different people. They did not inform me that it would be a group interview and it was led by a different person than what I was told when scheduling the interview. They also described the way the company helps non profits and the way employees get promoted (which is very weird process) your salary starts reallyyy low. 2nd round interviews are to be scheduled for the next day (in this case, a saturday). Very odd experience overall to me.
