This was for an internship. First round of interviews in person on campus. That interview was all behavioral, it's good to know your resume well and be able to respond to typical questions. Problem scenarios, leadership roles, successes and failures, for each of your projects or work experiences. Also know about the company and the position you want to apply for so you can ask meaningful questions. The second (final) interview was a phone/screen-sharing presentation where I presented on a project I had done in the past. There were multiple interviewers, and they mostly listened, so be able to talk about your project consistently with little visual cues (since this wasn't a video chat). They also would ask some relevant tech questions about your project when it made sense.

3 rounds. The first was behavioral with very simple technical questions -- what's the offset voltage of an ideal op am, setup & hold time, etc. Second was mostly behavioral Third was behavioral with focus on my resume.
