I met a recruiter at a campus career fair and I was offered a first round interview that day. The first round interview took place on campus and consisted of behavioral questions. I was passed onto the next round interview which took place via HireVue using pre-recorded questions. The questions asked included behavioral questions as well as questions about one's knowledge on the company.

HR conducted phone interview, asking brief introduction and motivation to apply for this program. After screening, you will be arranged an interview with managers from finance team or operation team.

Entretien
It was good. People were nice. Got to the final round, you get to have two sessions of interviews with different people. After, you have a case study which you solve collaboratively with other candidates.
The only negative thing I would say is that they could communicate a rejection, specially to those that made it to the final round.

Started with on campus interview. Few weeks later was contacted to do the HireVue or recorded interview process. They don’t allow retakes so you basically have 30 secs to prep your answer and 3 minutes to record. Final round involved on site visit in Dallas with 2 30 minute panel interviews.
