Initially had a phone interview that was followed by an in-person interview with the VP of my office, my supervisor-to-be, and my manager-to-be. After I accepted my offer, I scheduled a pre-employment drug test and began the position two weeks after that.

Entretien
A phone interview with a recruiter and then met with the admin manager for the office. They took my references and I was offered the job within about 3 weeks from start to finish.

I was asked about the tools I use to prioritize my tasks. I haven't been asked that before. Most of the other questions were pretty straight forward and what you would expect, they wanted to know about my experience, why I left jobs etc. They seems very fixed on my length of time with previous employers, but I have done a lot of contracting work so once that was established it wasn't a problem. They did a wpm test and excel test while I was there. Both were pretty basic.
