The process initially went very fast and the interview was quickly arranged. The interview was thorough but I felt comfortable and at ease. However, since then it was really unprofessional experience. It has been almost two months and my application is still pending and within that time frame I received two other offers. The TT job posting was already available for several months before I interviewed, but they can't seem to find anyone. I think they are unwilling to pay the market rate and are just stringing everyone along until they can find someone to underpay. The interview was for the Manchester office with the WYG team, so it could be more of an issue stemming from this subsidiary. I'm starting to think Tetra Tech may have paid a bit too much for this company.
