I applied online on tetra tech website and had video interview for about 30min then about 10 days later I got the offer. Also asked why do you want to work here and salary expectation.

Interviewers were polite and respectful. Asked very specific questions and your answers determine if you are offered the position regardless of your years of experience. If you have this stuff memorized it's fine but typically in your day to day tasks as an Electrical Designer, these specific things won't come up.
