This is a platform where you can do a video interview prepared by the hiring manager and recruiter, where you have to answer few questions about how would you deal with situations. The questions were hard in my opinion but if you prepare yourself its duable. You have 2 opportunities to record your answer. I found this experience educational, once they really show you how to prepare yourself for this hiring process.
