You'll have two hours to build a module in Canvas as a performance task before even getting an interview. The parameters and expectations around the performance task are vague and hardly reflective of a collaborative work environment. You prepare yourself knowing they're asking for two hours of your time and you might not get the job. If you don't get an interview, you are provided no feedback, which I feel is imbalanced and inequitable.
