Super open and intellectually challenging interview/mtg process. For all the reasons you would not think it to be. Everyone who survives & thrives is a person who has their 'thick-skinned' side nailed down to a T...and cares most about getting the job done, and growing the company as effectively as possible, even if that strategy isn't always agreed upon. It's a fantastic place to learn a lot of different skills. Anyone who speaks poorly of the CEO (or his family/core founders) just couldn't see the forest through the trees.
