Quick phone interview regarding basic information on the resume and background. Then a writing test on an article relevant to the specific region for the position. It was 1 hour long, and you had to answer two questions regarding the article in a paragraph format.

I had initial phone call screen interview. Pretty standard questions to verify some information. A day or two later I was asked to do a monitored writing assessment on a world event.
