The interview process was straightforward. I interviewed with the recruiter and three managers over the course of one month. Provided an Evidence of Excellency statement to highlight the top three achievements of my career, focusing on quantitative measures.

What are some ways you stay organized with all your tasks?
The interview process consisted of four rounds, each with a different interviewer. The questions were a mix of behavioral ("Tell me about a time..."), technical (related to the specific role), and cultural fit. I had the opportunity to meet with individuals from various teams, which gave me a well-rounded perspective of the company culture and expectations.

it is an awful experience the interview is arranged by an intern, which I am not professionally treated, rescheduled quite a few times and the interviewer has weird questions asked

Was direct, calm and peaceful interview. Everything was explaining with details about the role and the company. I had time to think about the questions and to communicate what I was waiting for the opportunity.
