Completely unorganized, extremely long (5 stages of interview for engineer, ~6 mo) with repetitive questions at every stage of interview. Nobody was able to explain me how the interview will progress and when can I expect any answer. Totally random and unprepared interviewers.

the phone interview was bad. Basically all the questions hiring manager asked had nothing to do with job description. I even don't know why he is so into an irrelevant topic.
