She sounded like somebody interviewing for a restaurant waiteress position. Very shallow looking for self validation.
People who have no idea what a gradient is or what a transducer does let alone lithium ion batteries or voltage drops asks you about questions to do with sales and customer satisfaction of TESLA electric vehicles and energy products. These average and below average joes and janes look for mirror images of themselves and what appears familiar, so use a lot of cliches and safe jargon without intimidating them with science or engineering mechanism of an electric motor or how the economy works.

Typical initial phone interview with an in-house recruiter. I was advanced to an in-person interview with a peer and direct manager. It was a quick process ~1week. The in-person interview was held at the back of the Tesla showroom where it was noisy and not private. The peer interviewer seemingly had not looked at my resume and proceeded to ask my basic, qualifying questions that had already been answered in the initial call. Afer about 45min I was passed along to the direct manager who I video conferenced in on my own device...thankfully I brought headphones and had decent service. We only talked for about 20 minutes, again asking and answering the same set of questions. Overall, it was unprofessional and made me feel like I was a low priority. I get that Tesla is, well, Tesla, but that doesn't excuse the basic formalities and respect of the interview process.
