First a quick interview with the recruiter. Then, we had a very easy hands-on test. They gave us drawings and some bolts and nuts, we had to assemble the pieces according to the drawing. Very easy but it was timed. The background check took very long and 4 or 5 different people were emailing me asking the same question and the same documents. Did not feel very organized.
