I reached out to a recruiter for the Spring 2018 HR Internship with Tesla. I got an email back, and we scheduled a phone call. During the phone call, the recruiter was not friendly, but provided me with a lot of information regarding the possible internship opportunity. She asked a lot of questions about my experience in school and project experience. She scheduled a second interview for me to speak with the leader of another team, and we spoke a couple days later. They were efficient in keeping up with communication. My interview with the team leader was also brief and she asked me similar questions to recruiter. After this second interview there was no follow up, and Tesla did not get back to me in regards to an offer.
It was very well structured and I was well informed about the whole process from the beginning. All interviewers were really nice to me. I‘ve got a feeling that People Team is great, united and has enormous expertise.

I received weeks after I've applied an email saying that I wasn't selected. I presume they receive a lot of applicants. I understand that there is no contact with the recruiter for the long list.

Entretien
First blind interview with the recruiter for an HR position in Berlin. After the interview I was told they were going to schedule the second step but after a month no one contacted me so far. I also asked for updates but they ghosted me.
