Overall the process was needlessly lengthy, and not transparent. It sometimes took several email pings to make sure things were progressing. Nearly 2 months total to get through the off site interview process.
After answering the recruiting email, we planned an introduction call with the recruiter.
Next was a technical screens with Tesla engineers, covering general software algorithms.
A week later I was given a "coding challenge", constructing a full software solution that is supposed to take around 3 hours to implement .
I moved on to another technical phone screen, similar to the first.
1 Week later they passed on the application.

The recruitment process was very standard. starter call, screening calls and on-site. I didn't make it to onsite. Positive experience through out the process. No hold up, every questions answered clearly.

Go through the project I did before and 3 coding questions by using C language, and ask behavior questions like Why Tesla? The whole process took 1 hour more or less

Entretien
Call with recruiter, call with HM, virtual onsite with 5 interviews, I was then asked to create a presentation to give. I declined to do so and surprisingly they allowed me to continue the process.
