The Tesla interview process began with an initial screening call from a recruiter to review my background and fit, followed by a 30 min. Technical Screen via Teams focusing on manufacturing processes and process knowledge relevant to the role, and concluded with a panel interview where you present a project you've worked in the past, and be technical about it. Following back to back individual interviews with 5 interviewers (3H). The interview process can take up to 4-6 weeks.
