Took several weeks with a phone interview, then an in-person interview and then another in-person interview with several people, each 1 hour. I enjoyed talking to everyone except when I had to meet the CFO it was strange. He said the main role of IT is to eliminate jobs. I have never heard of anyone ever saying this before, typically people say it is IT's role to help the business drive top growth through services and innovation but this was purely focused on the bottom line and at making people redundant through technology.
