I applied on LinkedIn and received an email about a phone interview within 2 days. Had the initial phone interview with HR on a Thursday, an hour after I hung up with her I received an email about another phone interview with the hiring manager of the position on the following Monday. An hour after hanging up with her I received an email to schedule the in person interview. I flew out the next week. The day after my in person interview I got an offer. It took less than 3 weeks. I'd imagine it would have been quicker if I didn't have to fly out for the in person.
