On the phone, Panel, 1-on-1 combination of interview for 5-6 hours. Several key leadership members sitting in the panel with a couple mid-level folks observing closely. It seems like high caliber candidates would have a slim chance of getting selected considering profiles and the organization can do away with average folks to continue as-is and not bring in fresh ideas. So, solid candidates expecting to be a leader can avoid even applying

Phone interview - The questions were very standard. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes. I was able to present my credentials, answer the questions, and receive an invitation to the next step in the process.

The interview process began with a phone screen, and then online interview. The interviewer was knowledgeable about the position being filled. The online interview lasted one hour. I was invited for follow-on interviews
