I applied online, they contacted me months later. There was a phone screen in which basic programming questions were asked. They asked for some programming samples too. Next I was called for an onsite interview which lasted about 2 hours. The interviewers were clearly not skilled at interviewing, felt like I was talking to dummies. The atmosphere at the company was very muted, not at all what was expected.

Initially reached out by a recruiter and had a 30 min technical phone interview with the hiring manager. Was assigned an 8 hour long take home assignment, and after this was submitted, was told that the position was no longer open although they gave me good feedback. Two weeks later, the recruiter contacted me again telling me that the position was being reopened and that I was likely going to be made an offer. After a week, I tried contacting him again, only to be ghosted. Complete disrespect and waste of my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR 8 HOURS ON THEIR ASSIGNMENT!
