J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teradata (Rancho Bernardo, CA) en mars 2014
Entretien
The only interview I had was a conference call with (I believe) three TD employees. They discussed the project and timeline for this project. I was asked a few typical questions such as "how would you handle a problem with a upset employee and describe the steps you would take" or something along those lines. I offered to send references which they said wouldn't be necessary.

Question 1
I was a little surprised by the vibe of the WKST upgrade project being very hard to complete within the spoken timeline. Otherwise everything appeared normal and friendly. No questions such as "why should we hire you or where do you see yourself in 5 years" were asked. I am not a fan of useless (in my opinion) questions such as these. I would have to say it was one of the most down to earth interviews I have had.
