you can check or webiste for careers , its always up to date , resume will go to HR where it will be filtiered based on our requirements , for positions at the NOC you dont need more than CCNA to join the team , if you have more than that like CCNP dont mention this as they will feel like you wont stay in the NOC for long time

I was contacted by the HR department via Linkedin. First a normal HR screening interview took place after that an interview was scheduled with Manager. The Manger was of the view that they are not looking for this kind of a profile. I guess manager saw the CV on the time of interview.
