Engineering Manager from Tensar International contacted me online to check if I am interested in this position.
I went through their website and job description. I really liked the responsibilities and job description. I contacted the Manager online and sent my application.
He contacted me and scheduled a phone call interview after 2 weeks (I was already notified about that). The phone call was about 30 mins long.
The manager invited me to meet his team. Will come back after the process and update more.

The manager was really friendly and invited me to the office to meet his team. I felt very happy to talk to him. I am looking forward to work with him.

Entretien
I interview with the company after a career fair at my school. It seemed like a pretty good opportunity, but this company is a manufacturing company and I am interested in geotechnical design. I was interview by 3 people, one of them being a recent graduate. I couldn't really ask him about how he liked his job because his boss was present during the interview. I recently found out that the starting salary is $52,000. It is an average starting salary and it did not seem like there was much opportunity for career advancement.
