Pretty unprofessional as manager made no notes and did not know my name or anything about me. Advertised the job as stressful and high intensity with not much pay. Topic of conversation often drifted to irrelevant topics to the job, interview took place in the main dining area rather than an office
The interview was held by one manager and had an informal vibe. The questions were basic customer service ones, mainly based on previous experience, with no behavioural questions.
There was no second interview after the first one was successful.

Easy going and quick interview, discussed some competencies of customer service experiences etc. Overall wasn’t too stressful, and there was lots of room to add in extra info about yourself if you wanted.
