I submitted my application, interviewed with HR, interviewed with Chief Operating Officer, and was advised that I’d been selected to move to the next round, which was a telephone Gallop interview by a Gallop administrator, and that I would receive a call in a couple of weeks, at a particular time, for the phone interview. I think it lasted about 20 minutes. Very shortly thereafter I was offered the job, negotiated my salary offer, which was very good to begin with, and received my offer letter.
