I was contacted by a company recruiter and had a pleasant phone conversation. Then, another phone interviee with a regional manager. Then, an interview with the CEO. CEO was 45 minutes late for appointment. Nothing relevant to the position was discussed. Then, another phone interview with another regional manager, and a trip to meet with and interview with a senior regional manager who asked where I saw myself in five years. That was about it. Although the interview process only took a few days, it was disjointed and awkward.

Interview process was a mess and no agenda so pretty much everything that was on the spot then even respect for time with regards the candidate they don't care about it I gave my time clearly on when I was free. they even would cut you in the middle of discussion because they aren't clear of what they want
