Good friendly interview, was more of a discussion than an interview, liked the way the questions were framed. hr was in touch and gave in dept feedback which i found really encouraging.

It was horrible experience being interviewed at Tavisca.
Interviewer was with attitude and so unprofessional.
He was making personal comment on tech skills.
He did not know how to conduct interview.

Entretien
(.Net) Total 4 rounds,
first is screening, basic oops questions,
second was coding round, you need to keep SOLID in mind while developing a solution for the problem, they might ask you to revisit your solution and make it more efficient. You need to know how to write test cases.
Third round, for me it was more like a System Design round, they asked me questions on architectural level, like which technologies would I use to develop a framework for xyz problem statement, you do not need to be perfect, but they need to know that you are capable.
Last round was HR
