Entretien
I did an online math assessment, then first round was a 30 minute behavioral plus a 30 minute case, then second round was 2 30 minute cases. Only my behavioral interviewer smiled at me, while the other 3 interviewers were quite cold and didn't smile at all. The second interview in the second round, the interviewer was 5 minutes late, and then spent the first minute in silence while they were typing and staring at a different monitor, and continued to do that throughout the interview. The interviewer also didn't pay much attention to my clarifying questions and answered them offhandedly, and later in the case kept interrupting me to correct my logic, even though their clarifications directly contradicted the answers they gave to my clarifying questions.

Straightforward, enjoyable Assessment Centre. Started with Case study task looking at operating profit of a 2 part business and the recommendations that follow. This was then followed by a 1 on 1 interview discussing motivations etc.

Two psychometric tests (numerical and IQ - if i rmb correctly). Followed by 3 case study interviews.
Very sincere and helpful process, with feedback from the first interview, and a mentor assigned right after for the next two
