Very pleasant and efficient 1) Initial screening with recruiter, going through my background. 2) On-site technical test and explanation of methodology. 3) Interview with manager, more questions on personality and culture fit. 4) Onboarding.

Got an email to schedule meeting. Supposedly 3 rounds from the brochure sent.
1) peer interview + Hiring Manager
2) Cross functional interview + General Manager
3) Final HR interview
They put quite an emphasis on being able to understand and communicate in Chinese

Can you tell me about your past experience in chinese?
Totally five rounds of interviews, almost efficient and the range of the examination is comprehensive. Take good preparation is necessary. The last round is the HR interview. The whole process is fair.
