I applied online, and about a week after I got an email to schedule a phone interview. I gave my availability, but they never got back to me, even after 2 follow up emails. 4 weeks later, I was informed that they decided to go another way. We have actually never spoken. Very questionable hiring practice. I will never applied for them again. It is a shame they are very respected in the industry.
