Entretien
First was the recruiter tech screen where I was asked about my previous experience, how fluent am I in distributed systems and concurrency and also why Temporal.
The technical screen consisted of two rounds:
First round was the system design round where I was asked to design a web crawler that'll be able to handle millions of url per second
The second round consisted of concurrency coding round:
In this round again I was asked to code a concurrent web crawler with problem's objective is to arrive with a concurrent solution.

Entretien
I interviewed with an American recruiter for a position in London. The recruiter had had now understanding or knowledge of the visa process and she was surprised of the visa sponsorship requirements even tho' it was one for the fields in the application form :)
