The overall experience felt one-sided and unnecessarily adversarial, rather than a collaborative discussion about how my skills could contribute to their goals. The lack of professionalism and transparency during the process left me questioning the company's internal culture and how they approach team dynamics. I would recommend they revisit their interview process to make it more engaging and informative for candidates.
