Average interview. Predictable questions that were easy to answer. Interviewer was nice enough. Usually there is a phone screening then they will notify you if you move forward for an interview.

How would you explain a technical issue to a non technical user?
Pretty simple. They didn't ask me many questions. It was an easy process. Very easy indeed. Id say if you are looking for a chance to start somewhere, this is it.
