I had two rounds of interviews: first with HR, then with the associate and vice president of the team I applied for. Questions were straightforward, more about specific deals and opinions on the market, not too technical.

Question 1
What is your opinion on US fund investments compared to RMB funds?
First interview with HR, easy. Second was technical asking about experience and how to solve a situational issue. Lastly was with the bosses more on personal fit and strategic direction.
The first round was with the hiring manager. I was told to be patient with the outcome of the first interview as they had many other candidates to see. The second round involved a case study.
