Filled out online application. Received a call the next day from the founder. He didn't share anything about the company or explain the job. He asked two basic questions then said he would email the background forms to fill out. Didn't hear from anyone for three days so emailed my continued interest. After the weekend got an email and a call with a job offer. I verbally accepted when I got another email from the recruiting office who offered me the same job for .50 cents less. When I responded I had already accepted a position at the higher rate, I received an email from the second recruiter telling me they were reminding the job offer because they were decling my counter offer for .50 cents more. Very unprofessional, I responded with copies of the initial offer and acceptance. Got an email the next morning with a half hearted apology asking me to move forward and work for them. I declined
