Poor communication from the offset. Constantly chasing from confirmation of location of in person meeting (received less than 24hrs hrs prior to meeting) to outcome of final interview. To be told - no longer hiring a Director but looking to recruit 2 marketing managers. I don’t believe this organisation really understands what it requires and how best to achieve it optimisation.

It was lengthy but very professional and transparent. It was six interviews with various members of the team. The recruiter was very responsive and provided status updates along the way.
