I was contacted about the position by a contract at a staffing firm. He forwarded the hiring manager my resume as well as a letter of recommendation from my previous employer. The company requested an interview. The building was very nice. I interviewed with two people, a supervisor and a manager. Very professional demeanor, but also quite friendly. My interview lasted for about an hour and twenty minutes (admittedly, on the part of the manager, a longer than normal interview). There was only one interview.

Good. It was a good interview process. No problems. Top quality HR. Difficult manager. There were 2 stages to the interview. the first was in person with HR and direct report, second was online with upper management based in US.

it's start with HR, after that they do organized the interview with the hiring manager. and if you are the successful candidates you will receive a welcome email from HR with the contract attached.
