The interview process started off very smoothly, The hiring team was extremely organized and welcoming and provided agendas for a round of virtual interviews with the broader team at Teleflex. I'm appalled to see that the experience I had is similar to many other candidates applying for management/engineering roles.
After my interview, I received a call from HR the very next day to reflect on how the interview went and how I felt about the company as well as the role itself. He also stated, "I've been hearing a lot of positive murmur about your interview" and inevitably got my hopes high. Things went downhill from this point onwards - I followed up with HR multiple times and did not receive any updates regarding my application. Finally, HR calls me to let me know that the team had decided to go in a different direction and there was an internal candidate that was selected. I just also noticed that the job was reposed on LinkedIn, so I am pretty sure that was not the case. I'd just appreciate transparency in the process - I'd recommend not getting hopes high while applying to this company as I've had to endure alot of dissappointment during the interview process.

Interview process starting off with HR screening, and was told that there were three rounds remaining, including interview with two different managers, and final round with a panel. Didn’t hear back after HR screening

Entretien
Standard phone call with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. An on site interview followed. The interview consisted of five 45 minute one-on-one interviews by 5 separate members of the team. After taking a PTO day to fly out to North Carolina, I did not receive any correspondence regarding my candidacy as of two months later. Seems like a company that truly values their candidates......
