Interview process was very straightforward and speedy. A few days after I submitted my resume, I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. HR phone interview went over my previous experience and was a screening to see if I’d fit the culture. I was contacted the next day to schedule the second interview with the hiring manager. Second phone interview lasted less than 30 minutes - went over my background and another “get to know you” call. Within 24 hours, I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview, which was held the next week. I interviewed in person with HR, the hiring manager, and two additional Teletracking employees. I was at the office from 8am-5pm. In the last meeting, they explained I would hear within a few business days if they were going to make an offer. Teletracking reached out less than 24 hours to offer the position.
