Interview was smooth and very well planned. The company asked for references, which is pretty standard for Senior positions. They were very polite and honest about what they are looking for. The offer was above average. There were multiple stages including an interesting coding challenge. I was very intrigued.

Initially they will do 3 to 4 phone screens. They keep track of you facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsapp and other social networks and keep force you come for in-person interview. For in-person, they make a list of 70 to 80 questions from Internet and ask you until you get frustration. Once you are done, they will ask you to submit one month salary cheque to release the offer.
