The recruiting process was standard, an in-house recruiter contacted me. She answered my questions about the position and organization and then arranged a technical interview, a culture/fit interview and then a final conversation with the CEO.

The interview questions were focused on real-life experiences and problem-solving. Each interviewer asked for specific experiences and how those might translate to future issues.
