Open minded, friendly and havjng a glass half full not a glass half empty approach. I like that rather than looking for reasons to say no, or having a cookie cutter approach that the Hiring Managers were open to different backgrounds and styles. I don't think any other company would have been so open and appreciative of different backgrounds.
