I was invited to a 15 minute A.I. interview. The interview itself was fine (the A.I. was able to keep a regular conversation flow; it was strange to get feedback like "thank you for telling me about working collaboratively helping a client relationship: following on, would you be able to give an example of a time you have used collaboration in your work?" though!). The tool itself gave feedback on my interview, including some Wrapped-esque information. It said the recruiting team would review it in the next two weeks. Unfortunately, it has been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back (even an automated rejection) which sucks - it doesn't feel like the company values the time I took to take this interview.
