The process was absolutely unprofessional! The initial phone screening with the HR representative was the only piece that had quality. upon completion of this I moved forward to a "Teams " Interview where members were late to the meeting. The operations manager clearly stated during this interview " I am unprepared for this". This resulted in asking redundant questions and making the interview poor. I was then invited for a third face to face site interview. I was asked to arrive at 0750 AM. I arrived 15 minutes prior and waited 15 minutes after the set time of the meeting in the lobby. I was given no courtesy of an email, text, or call to inform me of time change or that the hiring team was just going to be late. I immediately turned my visitors badge in and decided the level of unprofessionalism displayed through the hiring process was just not for me. This from start to finish was a nightmare/ joke! they asked to hire a safety professional, yet I did not receive an ounce of professionalism from them!
