Technical round was good and I cleared it. But, HR later on was having issues with my ECTC which I told him I am ready to negotiate .I agreed to the package he was offering. But then also he kept on delaying it giving different excuses and later did not release the offer. Pease do not give false hopes and expectations to people. Be clear with the updates and results.
