Questions posées lors d’un entretien d’embauche pour Software Engineer - Java Developer chez Techcushy Software Solutions

First thing was a resume screening. Later I was given an assignment to develop a web app using spring mvc. They gave me 3 days to complete the assignment. This all was from home(due to covid). After submitting the assignment via Google drive link, I had a face to face zoom interview with the employer. He asked me to run the program and to explain the work flow. I explained only a bit and then he started talking about joining the company. I asked him about the bond(2 years) and other negative reviews from its previous employees. I didn't like the way he was talking. He was seemed to be a bit hyper and I felt like he was shouting at me. That was the only reason why I didn't join them. Second thing was to sign a cheque of Rs.1 lakh as part of the bond.
